What currency will my order be billed in?
All orders are in AUD.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We have 2 warehouses we ship from; Sydney, Australia or Delaware, United States. We will always endeavour to ship to you from the quickest location.
Important note At times due to stock levels your Australian or US order may fall under the category of international order so please factor in international delivery timeframes.
For Australian domestic orders this will hopefully mean between 3 - 5 business days.
For US domestic orders this will hopefully mean between 3-5 business days.
For International Orders (Non US or AUS) this will take anywhere from 5-12 days.
Once your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking number. Please note tracking is not available to certain locations.
Does Wanderlust Watches ship internationally?

What is your refund / exchange policy?

We work incredibly hard to produce the highest quality timepieces that we hope you will love. However, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, any brand new timepiece can be returned (within 14 days of purchase date) for a full refund, store credit or exchange to the value of your purchase price.
We just ask that you ensure the timepiece and strap are in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I make a warranty claim on my timepiece?
Wanderlust Watches offer a 2 Year Warranty from the date of purchase (as recorded in our systems). A warranty claim covers against defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover the glass and general wear & tear, such as; water, damp or abrasion.
All our timepieces are designed and manufactured to the highest standard. However, if you believe you have a warranty claim please email us at email@example.com with the reason for your claim, your order number and photos of the faults where possible.
